I was born and raised in the Toledo area, and am a recent graduate of Bowling Green State University. There, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Education, with a specialization in Integrated Language Arts. My literary passion lies mainly in modern American Literature, but I have a wide range of tastes. Some of my favorite authors include Tom Robbins, Tom Wolfe, Sandra Cisneros, and, of course, William Shakespeare.
Besides reading and writing, some of my favorite hobbies are backpacking, kayaking, and photography. These keep my life interesting and exciting, and I'm sure I'll mention them more than once in class!
